Proficiency swim for U8 – U12
Date: Saturday 12 October, 2019
Time: 9-11 am
Location Warringah Aquatic Centre, Aquatic Drive, Frenches Forest

Times are:
U8 & U11 9am to 9.45am
U10 & U12 9.45am to 10.15am
U9 10.15am to 11am
U13 & U14 to be held on first nippers

The Skills for each age group are:

U8 – 25m pool swim (any stroke) – no time limit
U9 & U10 – 200m pool swim – 6 minute limit
U11-U14 – 200m pool swim – 5 minute limit

The cost for the child will be covered by the Club; parents will not be required to pay if accompanying child whilst they are doing their proficiency.
